Ok was my second Ballista of the night, first time EVER as a Ranger. Second Ballista I have EVER been in. We one on one and he beats me because I did not know about the whole poison pots trick to keep him from sleeping me.

That was it, he beat me, slept me and beat me, my first Ranger one on one and my second Ballista ever. So what, I can't believe he bragged about that. WOW.

Voidspawn may have killed me more times, only because he was running with the bard the whole time and I didn't have poison potions like he did, what's your point? Like I said it was the second Ballista I had ever done, we had did one with like 6 LS mates before which was my first and I was my Ninja.

Looks like he did. The Bard did nothing but sleep which I am fine with but I did not know enough to bring poison pots, unlike Void. Who was never asleep due to having these items.

As far as Balista goes, I highly doubt that you were a Prime target in any kind of mid-high level balista and only died 2-3 times unless:

A) You used poison potions
B) You had protection
C) You hid in the corner
D) The people you played against are just aweful

You already discounted A, so that leaves B-D. Fact is that sleep is used so rampantly that SE even felt the need to nerf it. Chances are that if you aren't poisoned, you are probably going to get owned.

Yea we got the new area the night we could.

Rented it out and had some fun with just the LS doing one on ones and shit. I was Ninja and just goofed off with everyone.

Then they decide to get some other peeps, Bard included with a Ranger. This was just for fun so we all went charging at each other everytime. My team got slept everytime and owned. The times we dug up poison potions after being sick of getting raped we did much better. Void did kill me more than I did him, but he also had poison potions and a Bard on his side, I had neither.

What is there not to understand lol?
