Well, SE is probably going to lose a lot of customers when these games come out. As for me, I'm not really into MMORPG's, so I'm staying with FFXI.

You are a level 52 warrior. Believe you-me, you are really into MMORPGs.

Yeah, you're right in a way. But it's not all MMORPG's, it's just one MMORPG (for now).

Never!!! If I leave FFXI it'll be because my stack of un-defeated games has taken over my life....

I'm not waiting for either. This game is crap anymore. Not even going to bother with the expansion.

One who thinks FFXI is "crap anymore" yet continues to post on FFXI related message boards must have issues.

I will be trying out WoW.

I have to admit, Fantasy Earth looks pretty cool. It probably is the only mmorpg ive seen that is the least bit interesting enough to pull me away from FFXI. I've still gotta see more on this one though.

I have a feeling we wont be seeing Fantasy Earth for some time, as it appears to be launching in Japan sometime soon.

Which is good, because im about to get the expansion and.. I sure as hell wouldnt want to feel tempted to leave FFXI so soon.

I love mmo's pretty much the only games ill play consistently. I will be trying both WoW and Eq2 and go from there. I will of course still have my ffxi account enabled but I would imagine Ill be leaving since as someone else said a lot of the annoyances and imo more developed ideas for the combat and questing systems seem to draw me in.

I will stick with FFXI and then quit. This gane sucks up enough of my time as it is, so the last thing I will do is start some new game from the begining.

I'll put it this way. I was doing research about AF quests before I ever even purchcased the game.... I don't think I'm going anywhere. :)

When I quit FFXI I will abandon all games like this because the madness must stop sometime.

Anyone who does quit is either to be branded as a dirty dirty traitor with an actual brand or left as they are as someone who doesn't want to play a computer game anymore. It's either/or, really.
