Now all us Windurstaians have to do the same and take their land for the supply run. Common it doesnt seem that hard now. I mean if Bastock was able to take it over, anyone can. I mean common, its Bastock.
Apparently Sandy and Bastok feel inferior when comparing Ronfaure or Gustaberg with Sarutabaruta. They think it'll somehow make them better if they take it over.
Really, it's just an inferiority complex that the other nations get when looking at Windurst. Just let them be happy for a while and they'll go away...
People steal Saruta, because Windurstians make no effort to keep it when Sandorians or Bastokans make conscious efforts to get it. Simple.

Galaika has the correct answer. If we cared to take one of the other two regions we could, cause no country ever bothers to defend their neighboring region because it's a waste of time. If we lose it for a week, what do we lose? OMFG WE CAN"T OUTPOST WARP FROM WINDURST PORT TO WEST SARUTABARUTA! Game over man! :lol:

I don't care to waste money and equips to take over sandy or bastok because I can outpost warp damn near anywhere I want (supply quests) that is close enough to the destination I want to end up at. Windurstians just have a lot of pride that's all (even though this is just a game), that's why we get our backs up about it hehe.

Kinda like how I don't give a shit about defending Gustaberg. (Geographically,

I just wanted it because it's easy-access to Windurst. That's about it.
And that's the only reason why I want control of Ronfaure for a week.

Myself, I was getting a good laugh the other day on a coffer hunt. First Bastok beat Sandy in ballista, then Sandy beat Durst. it doesn't really MEAN anything, but it was good for a chuckle.

As a lifelong Windurstian, it doesn't ruffle my feathers that much because it's not due to some huge national effort, it's due to somewhere between one and a few people skilling up on something and region pointing it instead of NPCing.
I can see why the other nations would want Sarutabaruta, though, it's the most convienent of the 3 home regions for an OP warp.
W. Sarut - less than a 2 minute walk to W. Waters
W. Ronfaure - at the bottom of the zone, minimum 3-4 minute walk
N. Gusta - Trek across the whole goddamn zone
Things I'd like to see (in some cases, again
- Windy controlling Zulkheim (god I love that OP warp, easy ferry access)
- ANYONE controlling Movalpolos
- Windy taking Kolshushu again (One of the 2 or 3 places I don't have an OP warp to.)
