Why I haven't been online...

I have had the good (for me) fortune to pick up three really great games - HALO 2, Fable, and Lord of the Rings: The Third Age - and have been playing those. Don't worry (or maybe do, depending on your view of me ^_^) because I'll eventually be back.

Anyhow, my take on the games:

Halo 2: WHOOHOO! YESS! AWESOME. I don't need to say any more.

LOTR - The Third Age: Imagine a Lord of the Rings RPG using a straight-up clone of FFX's battle system. That's Third Age. Pretty damn good.

Fable: Ironically, I wasn't interested in the game the hype portrayed it to be. When I heard people bitching that it was a short Zelda clone with tons of customization, that's when I became interested. (The hype made it sound more like Morrowind, which I fucking loathe.)

Rumble Roses: Jiggly wrestling girls by Konami <3 <3 <3

LOTR: The Third Age: (Haven't played it yet, been too busy watching jiggly wrestling girls)

and I rented Katamari Damacy (I'll be buying it soon enough) and was surprised at how wrong I was about it. It's, if nothing else, a hilarious waste of time.

Hahaha, Halo 2...

I was at a friends house, and we had 4 Xbox's linked up, and there was 10 people there. It was really funny, I would be getting my ass handed over to me on a silver platter, then once I picked up the Energy Sword, they were all like "RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!" as I hacked down their stupid Spartan bodies... :twisted:

Plasma Sword goodness... 8D

I used that to kill the rider of a Ghost as he thought he had me splatted.

Also, in the campaign at least, you can charge into the air and while in the air - midair combos Marvel vs Capcom style. I wonder what that looks like from third person...

I want to get enough friends to run a CTF game with Plasma Swords as the only weapons.

and with the energy sword, if you don't know already, if you have the cursor on an enemy, and when it turns Red, quickly hit the trigger button, you will speed up to them(I mean, really fast) and slash them for one hit kill(mostly if you hit the stomach or head, otherwise, you just scar them...)

there is also a glitch, with just normal hitting(b button) you can do the same speed up to them and hit, however, depending on the gun you have, it's different damage...

That's what I was talking about. What I'm saying is that you can do that sword-dash thing straight up into the air, and while in the air.

I think the best place to have a sword fight is Lockout...It is such a cool place, and a good place to go ninja on people...

I've also editted the Ninjanaut, so it's Ninjanaut on crack
Juggernaut gets Active Camo, Speed Increased, Motion Sensor
Everyone gets Plasma swords, but have no Motion Sensor...

It's crazy when in Lockout
