I'm guessing he/she either a EMT/paramedic or a ER nurse/doctor/worker.

I saw some pretty bad pics/videos in the EMT class I took, I was actually interested in being an EMT for a college job until I realized how these gory/intense situations they get put in takes a toll on there mind. They're all a little off from the typical person. Most of them are heavy smokers and have to go to therapy more than a few times a year.
