The worst, most vile and inhuman thing in my collection is a little manga called Mai-chan's Everyday Life.

The plot revolves around a girl who cannot die. Any injury will be regenerated in a few hours. She is owned by a group that rents her out to various people who can torture, rape, and kill her however they like. Every day of her life is like this, hence the title, Mai-chan's Everyday Life. Did I mention it's drawn in realistic detail? And I haven't even gotten to the worst part.
