why i rarely help people

Ok My story begins when i met a fellow smn and we became friends. One day i saw him shouting for AF2 spats fight in Feiyin and since i needed that as well i made a PT and we went to get it. Then we decided if anyone of us got PT for AF3 we would invite each other. When we /sea each other we would /wave as we're friends.

Today when i logon, i do a /sea and saw my friend doing SMN AF3 in tree. Naturally i asked him can i join, no reply, then i know a person that is helping him with it and i asked him whether i can join. They are still in the Colester, so i can still make it if my friend replied. Hence i /tell him still no reply, then the friend who helped said we're already inside then i said oh well, what can i do. During that time i still /tell my smn friend still no reply. Then they finished the 1st part and going to do the 2nd part, i still /tell him still no reply. I asked the friend who helped and he said they finished Part1 and going to Wind colester in cape teringgan. Still i /tell him no reply, i was wtf, did he /blist me or anything. Then they went on to finish the 2nd part of SMN AF3 and i was still in jeuno.

Just now when i saw the smn in jeuno, he didn't even saw me or /wave at me anymore. I WAS WTF. I had it. Sent so many /tell and not even 1 reply. WHAT I AM PISSED IS THAT HE DIDN'T REPLY TO ANY OF MY /TELL.

So this is what i get for helping someone with AF. And for your information the person i am referring to is YUM a tarutaru summoner.
Fuck you asshole, don't even come to me and ask me for anymore fucking help. I /blisted him for life.

So ends our nice relationship. I still don't have the summoner horn and he is already wearing it. :(

Well i did ignore the tell as i am still asleep~ *no joke who wants to wake up around 2-5am approx to help??*
I didn't know he was such a moron :evil:

EDITED: I seriously don't get it. In my search comment I placed: Sleep O; Lullaby O; Oyasuminasai- [Good Night] and yet ppl still /tell me for help....
 
Maybe you should be a little bit more clear on it. :) LIke, put in "AFK - Riseki. I'm sleeping - nemasu."

;) Then again, I did the same thing and 2 people /tell'd to me also...

Yum's kind of a strange one. I've been out leveling summon skill on a couple occasions when he would go running by. He would stop, wave to me, come over and stand next to me, and start raising his own summon skill lol. I've tried talking to him but I've never even seen him type a single letter. 2-3 /waves is all I've ever seen him do. Despite the fact I've mainly seen him seeking NA PT's, maybe he's Japanese or non-English speaking?
 
Sigh. I hate to see my own countrymen make an ass out of himself by not replying. Even if you did something to Yum, there's no excuse for not responding. A simple sorry or something would have been nice. Either that there are different people playing the same character. Well teng, sorry that you found one of the few jerks in the Philippines. We're usually very nice people, just not Yum. I'll make it a point to cuss him out in tagalog if and when I see him.
 
Yum's not necessarily a bad guy in my book, at least not yet. Sure it was pretty bad of him to not reply to teng's /tells, but maybe he's just shy. He's yet to type a single word to me, and I've bumped into him several times. I've always gotten a /wave from him though. I remember PT'ing with him once too, never said a word then either. Good member of the PT from what I remember.

When i sleep as a NIN, i get tons of invite . . . *wake up 0 invites! ! !*

Bleh. I don't help people since I see no effort done to achieve such goals. The old school NA people has done the hard way. Although tells were common during those days they still gathered around people instead of shouting mindlessly for hours. Most friends I got has done their AFs, Genkais and other large scale events with their LS, their friends and such. I did mine mostly by shouting at jeuno rather than help request it was more of a tour. Genkai1 was my frist tour I organised with a friend of mine. Followed by my rdm's AF3, the hat. I shouted around for people who are interested. People who could help. I ended up with full alliance with 10 seekers (yeah 10...;).

People these days try to find an easy way of obtaining things. It is real sad and also they are very non apretiative. The pld who I helped with papyrus 2 days ago completely forgot about me when we partied with my ranger. Eh... not offended but a bit dissapointed. Sorry to hear your friend betrayed your trust in such manner. Then again, the 2 weapons for the first part of AF3, its pretty doable with 2 people just need a healer and a tank or an attacker. I did with 74 mnk 70 whm. Remember that once you have the quest you do NOT need to be the summoner to do them. Just need the quest and the rest can be done with another job (aka main job). Only thing that required you to do as your main job is the coffers. Manticore, well this one was not that hard eighther. The only hard thing was his silencega which not only silenced me but removed my utusemi completely -_-;
 
Teng, Your unwillingness to help people out often, truly is legenday. Weather you knew this or not, before you were anything other than a PLD is beyond me. But for some time this title has been yours in the eyes of many people.

The most important thing about this game, are the people you deal with. From the AF on our backs, to the very levels we reach. It is something we never did on our own.

As for the people that disrespect us, like what YUM did to you. There are a million ways to fix people like that, if revenge is really worth your time. But it's not a good thing to have people like Yum climax your desisions as to weather or not your are going to ignore people who will eventually grow strong enough to roll with ya, and back you up when you need something like AF, Or if you want a rare/ex item, you have people that trust it's worth helping you out. It's no good to be helped, and never help out, it just dosn't work too well. Not being able to choose our friends all the time does have a nice ring to it. Even give the idiotic ones a chance or two.

= When you finally find a group of people that are Dynamic to what is and isn't important in the game, you'll have more of everything your after much sooner than you had hoped for.

And if this was the flame board i'd have to through in my 2 cents about Yum, cause if someone did that shit to me, i'm be really pissed.

Well this thread seems to have alot of replies and well anttaru, yes i rarely seldom help people cause Yum wasn't the 1st case, but it was the last straw i could stand. I do help ppl according to my mood like i helped Benbail get his rank5, went to davoi, castle oztroja, and beadaeux just for 1 tarutaru. I also did offered to help a fellow dragoon get his af weapon but i was busy at the time, whe i met him the 2nd time he already got it as there was s fellow dragoon near the desert where the NM is to be fought, so i congratulated him.
And i already finished Promyvion-Dem but i had another invite for my smn AF3 and i didn't go. I went to help ppl in dem instead, i sacrificed the only chance i got to get AF3 to help out ppl with a mission i already completed. Alot of ppl once completed Promyvion will not even look to help or go back. So if you still think that i don't help ppl, think again ; ;
