Fonzy i really like your post, that was very well thought out and some really good advice alltogether.

I myself am a little vindictive and would cut her off completely at the legs and give that sorry B!t@h nothing, i would probably even cut off each utility that i could stand to do w/o (obvioulsy not hurting the child in the process) Now i'll say you prolly shouldn't follow my advice >.<

Do you not have access to military short-term housing? and also have you mentioned to any Officers or your superiors what's going on to see if they can offer any help or advice? Also, in my city we have Hotels that will allow you to lease for a short time for just this type of situation. Maybe you and your son could stay there until you can get this thing sorted out.

I have informed my chain of command of the situation. They are currently working on processing me out because to make things better my Dad just had surgery and my Mom is calling me everynight telling me she cant take care of him alone. She needs me there to help. I cant leave this house for 2 reasons. The first being if I leave her here I forfiet any claim I have to the possesions that we share here. The second being I got a petition of custody signed saying that my son must reside here until we are through. I refuse to leave him here with her.
I really appreciate the help guys. You may not see it but it helps alot to hear someone actually say "Wow that sucks".
And yes Sneaky..... that was pure poetry.
