Yep, if the govt was intentially holding off catching him for the right moment, they would have done it already. Simply, they can't find him. He's one man among billions. I have enough trouble finding friends on a campus of 20,000. Sure, if he was here in the states it would be pretty likely. However, without the support of the general population where he is hiding, tough luck finding him. Even Saddam we only got because a local ratted himout.

All I know is that every single day that towel-wearing sissy boy is free more of our countrymen (our as in American, Canadian and British) are over in that part of the world dying to help people who hate us. I honestly think his carcass is buried under a million tonnes of mountain from one of those daisy-cutter strikes and these so-called messages were stashed for just such an emergency by his followers. They put a $40 million bounty on his ass years ago and nobody has tried to collect it so far...If he isn't buried under a mountain some out-of-work Spetsnaz or plain old gangsters would have cashed his head in a long time ago.
