Care to respond to any of the points I brought up or just to the "pointless" ones?

See: Posts 70-71, and any previous.

It's only fair that you respond to the truly relevant posts and not just the pointless ones if you are going to be distinguishing.

Sure =P

I'm not so sure favorites has anything to do with this, so much so as this is being referred to as a precedent. As such, we cannot compare this example to past examples. Going forward, the consequential actions in regards to similar incidents would have to follow suit. Otherwise, if they did not, then mods would be playing favorites.
Just saying, it's interesting no one cared when I sent 2 mods a PM on pere's behalf, but when cecilee does it, it becomes an issue. I say the precedent was set when I wasn't warned/banned/anything on my PM. Maybe I just didn't send it to the right mods for them to care, but I would take it that the first time an issue occurs, the actions on that set the precedent to follow.

As for post #71, I took that as you talking to the mods lol, don't have too much to say about it. I'm personally IP banned from killing ifirit (never done anything, don't even have an account there), and the reason is "proxyban". So being banned cause of the actions of others (another earthlink user in nyc probably), does really suck, and I think consideration has to be given to people with the same IP, or similar. Imagine IP banning a college from a site because one member said something.

I may occasionally skip posts to reply to because I don't have that much to say on it, or feel like I'm repeating myself, however if someone points out a specific post to me, I'll gladly reply to it.

Can we get a Bott to replicate him?

I AM A DOKTOR.

I AM UR RIDDILL

DYNAMIS? I AM MADE OF DYNAMIS

I AM DOKTOR

Epic.

First, we're not 100% certain it's even him.

Take that how you will. It doesn't take much skill or brainpower to mod, the difficulty is in making decisions that aren't biased nor too penalizing to specific individuals when you have no proof of their crime. That's why.

It's a loophole we're discussing on the mod forum as I mentioned earlier. But for the time being, since the loophole is now out to the public, we'll be a little more lenient with any new ones that pop up between now and the time that our penalties are solidified.

OP topic has been answered. And I'll say it again, I didn't even know it was him.
