Edit: I realized not everyone would get the "japanisation" of the name. This is a pillow based on the look and shape of Maria Sharapova, a russian tennis player.

Well, you DO know they have somethine like that for GIRLS too.

It's a pillow for lonely Japanese girls who can't get a man.

A pillow shaped like the right half of a man's torso with a right arm. (So it
has kind of a "U" shape). The girl sticks her head in between the arm and
the torso of the pillow, and falls asleep like that. So the girl can imagine
snuggling up close to her non-existant boyfriend and falling asleep in his
arms.

They had it once on Comedy Central's "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn"
(Lord knows whatever the hell happened to that show. Maybe it got
cancelled?). Anyway, if you don't believe me, try looking for it. It DOES
exist.
