Wii-mote Woes

Is anyone else having as much trouble as I am getting a new Wii-mote? I make stops at all every store in my area once a week and I can never find anything.

I wish I could have bought an extra one when i got my Wii, but I got the last one Best Buy had that morning they released, and by the time I got to the room full of Wii stuff, it was picked clean.

Any ways, is it different in other areas? Do Wii-motes flow like the salmon of Capistrano (Dumb and Dunber ftw) in areas ouside of IL?

I had the same problem in my area, Pasquale.

Basically, I just checked Walmart everyday. They're getting shipments, but it's really slow and not often. Best of luck man.

After I got my Wii, Toys R Us was the only place that had wiimotes, and suprisingly they had a shitload of them. Kind of odd considering everywhere was sold out.

I haven't heard of wiimote shortages, mostly just the nunchucks. Makes me glad I bought a second wiimote on launch.

yea i had no problem getting a second wii-mote, but i still haven't been able to find another nunchuk... it's really frustrating! lol
