Wii very loud with discs in

When I first got my Wii it read discs quietly, now it hums/buzzes the whole time a game is in. Its an annoying noise but you don't really notice it once you start playing.
There's nothing wrong with it from what I've seen. None of the discs are getting scratched from playing and there's no loading problems.

I just want to know what caused it to be so loud and how I can get rid of it D:

Is there a sticker on the disc? Maybe the disk is uneven.

It does this with all discs, even Gamecube ones. So I believe it has nothing to do with the discs themselves

My Wii sometimes freezes when it tries to load a program or game Even more annoying when it freezes after resetting it and trying again, and again... lol.
