At 4% he did something truly awful and killed the vast majority of our DD in one move. Nerve Gas and something else (I was busy trying to keep people alive at the time and out of the danger area).

At which point, once our NINs were totally down, I stepped in and tanked for a while. It might have seemed like we were still in it, but that ended pretty fast when his heads regened.

And what do you know about our roster? o_O Honestly, you're not even in the shell...
 
Our current roster is: 30 right now. + assorted Trials.

We got a nervegas to Trembling -> and it had moved into the mages. Not an easy combo to recover from, I add.

That thread is hella old. Vang and Necrosis share Thief's Knife sometimes now awww. If Necrosis botted or still botted our recruitment would be going through the roof! Seriously do you have to bring up like a year old thread in order to make some semblance of a point. Vang's response was actually pretty tame for Vang imo.

Most of your post Lavi was just slinging random insults about Vang being a scrub. It was pretty Vangish really.

Hey, thanks a lot for this thread, Necrosis. You apologizing to me in tells
isn't entirely cutting it so I feel the need to post here. Thanks for that as
well. When I told you kicking you from the shell was one of the hardest
decisions I have made in this game, I was sincere. I'm sorry whatever
happened later made you, and that mithra, build up such anger that you
have to hassle the LS with QCDN posts.
However, in retrospective, I'm obviously very happy with the LS decision.
Of course I assume both of you suffer from the plague of being surrounded by Wank (asked someone
else to help you kill Fafnir as of late?).


Since late May 2006 Perseverance has camped about 250 HNM/Kings,
we have about 30 claims (not counting Behemoth and Admantoise,
but we only camp those on HQ nights). Most of that number comes from
Dragon's Aery since Fafnir > Behemoth/Admantoise. Most of you know this.

In total we have about 21 Fafhogg claims, and about 17 successful
kills. As every LS down there we have had some mishaps, CFH, claiming
in hyper etc. Yes, that's right, always a lot of excitement.

I personally have claimed 1 Nidhogg and 1 Fafnir (yeah, suspicious I know),
Deltoid has about 3 claims, Meikolia has about 3 claims, Chronicles has
about 5 claims, Landin has about 3 claims. Keep in mind these numbers are
from the total numbers of claims, including the mishaps. Counting the other
kings we have Landin and Deltoid as our leading claimers, not Chronicles.
Also, keep in mind Chronicles has the highest attendance rate of any
member of our LS at HNMs.
Landin definitely has the highest claim ratio in our LS vs. attendance in Aery. Yes, I know, this means he bots.
I’m not sure where he modded his PS2, but oh well.

So basically we have some that claim more than others. This is of course highly unusual, although the past
two days the same person has claimed in Aery (Wow!).

So, in 200 days we have had 22 claims, 10 %+ claim rate. Yeah, I know, we
don't camp 24/7, so let's say 100 days. Ok, claim rate is at a staggering
20 % with an average of 3 LS CCing us. Let's round up to 25 % for
good measure. Yeah I know, at this stage, we have almost a competitive
claim ratio.
At this stage you should realize that Chronicles overall claim ratio is much
lower than you are led to believe by some people here.

Furthermore, we haven't claimed Fafnir in almost a month. Yeah, I know, it's
ok to be called Kaizen, Integralis or some JPN LS and claim.

You still have an issue regarding botting? Fine. But don't even try to use
this as an accusation of having to cheat ourselves "to the top". Especially when you are in an LS with some of the most
notorious cheaters in game.

We have killed every wyrm out there, and with less King gear than anyone else.

I'm also going to bring a few of you out of their comfort zone to say that it actually can
be done to start at the bottom and kill anything out there.
Don’t even try to put Perseverance down by accusing ONE person to be a botter.
Our achievements have taken a lot of work over time, and we deserve it.
I dislike George W. Bush, but should I then flip Texas off for producing such a specimen?

Several people posting in this thread are ex-members that in one way or the other is holding a grudge against the LS.
I know it’s a life changing experience, but you guys will be fine. Trust me.

Also, I’m sorry Chronicles (well, you might start flaming Landin now I suppose) have claimed once or twice too many in Aery.

Additionally, I don’t see why NA based shells keep bashing each other time and time again. I can respect CK going up to Jormungand trying to master him,
and even Rise battling it out with Hydra.
I don’t think that is anything to laugh at, everyone started out the same way.

CK also beating Nidhogg on first try was great, and probably the only shell to have done so on our server. No doubt those long hours at Jormun helped.

You have to endure some tough fights, and some long nights to find out what works and what doesn’t. At the same time shells are being shaped, and it can be a tough process.
It's amusing to see threads like this trying, but not succeeding, to nullify everything you have done knowing how many people put so many dedicated hours into it.

Maybe, but the hypocrisy of it all is just down right funny. Vang talks about cheaters and his bestest buddy was a cheater according to his own words. That's Vang for you, all talk, little brain. His words are absolutely meaningless and should be taken as such.

And the post was Vangish by intention. A little bit of his own words sent right back at him for all the same reasons he'd sling those words out at others. Ironic, I use his own insults to trash talk the very things he always talked down to others about. Besides, I am sure he'll be sending me some friendly tells later explaining how I did this and that and how he's so "1337" later on. It all evens out.

I miss Vang's posts :P they amuse me so. Yay for Cix for letting vang use it for a bit XD (though the name calling of the thread still isn't needed I'd say.. *shrugs* oh well)

Nice job just making numbers up. Since May would be about 150 days; Fafnir will be in a good time window for you to camp about 1/3 of the time (8hrs of the day), so thats 50 times, with as you say 21 claims. Considering that on average there are 6 shells in zone (and thats a low estimate, most of the time there are 150 ppl there), I would say that a better than 40% claim rate was near miraculous. This rate is consistent with my own observation from probably 30 days i have been there for claim; I recall one case where you claimed 3 in a row.

I don't know you and I have no reason to say that you personally use a bot. However, we have proof that at least one of your current members and one former member do, and the statistics suggest they are not the only ones.

Oh, and CK didn't "beat" anything. Nidhogg was killed by blm's from Purpose, who between about three of them did 10x more damage than the whole of CK.

Our shell is part EU. We camp often longer windows than most NA shells.
We camped Nidhogg this weekend, as only NA shell. Btw, we have camped
closer to 200, not 150. During low Nidhogg chance window there are typically
only 3ish shells that can kill mid-week at approx NA time. Sometimes the
"omg can't kill anything" shells claim and die. I don't count them. I'd
typically say it's HNMPT (not always), JDA (always), Perseverance and CK
camping. We also have weekend JPN LS coming in. Furthermore, if you are
early, you might be uncontested for claim pretty much. Average 3 LS
CC is about correct, although you at times have many more, and sometimes
only one.

During peek JPN times it's not unusual to see only JDA on Day 8 Nidhogg.
 
Actually, Lavi, I'm not sure you noticed, but what Vang said was he doesn't care if they bot, they should just own up to it if they do instead of going LOL WE HATE BOTTERS.
