Windower 3.2 out

I was playing FFXI.

There was a server message.

A one hour "emergency matienence" is going to take place.

If this is to "fix" the windower, I will be pissed.

I bet you 10 gil it will <.<

I just went to do the update and the FFXI emergency update failed and now says something along the lines of "Previous update failed to complete. Please reinstall FFXI" wtf is this about now? Funny thing is I wasn't even using windower. Now when I log on and off to try to correct it or have Playonline check the files, I get the same message. I wonder how many times this is gonna happen to people and yes, the .dlls are the ones being updated again. It failed on updating the first .dll

The mouse is being crazy on mine...

I have to click about 4 inches above whatever I actually want to click on to get it to work...

Anyone else having a similar problem?

Its not even that I use the mouse, its just, kinda weird...
you use your mouse when you play ffxi? its all about the keyboard baby!

No, I dont use the mouse but occasionally. Like when I'm in Jeuno and want to get to the AH window without tabbing through 500 people.

It's all about the F8 NPC targeting. That's how I get to the window right away.

AND:

Edit: There was a slight problem with TParty. If your target HP % display is messed up, redownload Windower 3.2, a fixed TParty is now there. Also, note that you need the new version of FFXiMain.dll for the plugins to function.

SECOND UPDATE: There was yet another problem with TParty. If you are still experiencing crashing when logging out of FFXI or unloading TParty, please download the new zip, it should fix it. Sorry.

This version still has bugs. The ctl v paste feature doesn't work here, and when i alt-tab, go back to ffxi, i cannot get to the command console or use any other key related to the windower. exiting the game you will get a crash unless you access the console, type "unload tparty" before exiting.

I'm running into an issue with it as well. I've sent an email to Cliff about it.

Whenever I shut the game down, Hook.dll forces Pol.exe to remain running in the background. Check out your task manager after shutting down playonline. And when you execute playonline again, it creates a new instance of the program in system memory.

I've tried to apply the windower to 3 computers now and the problem exists on every machine.

As for crashes, I've noticed that the TParty plugin has some demons of it's own. I only recieved crashes with the plugin enabled. I haven't tried any of the other plugins yet. To simplify things, I just commented it out in the script file.

Raziella is an amazing PLD, hands-down the best I've partied with in... uh... ever. Take him and rape him, he'll eat whatever pansy hits you can and still have enough energy to slap you in the face afterwards.
