Windower problems

Whenever I log on i cant see my status bar, or my command menu. then if i do get the menu up it doesnt show up and it freezes up. help

Are you trying to run the windower in a larger screen resolution than your desktop default resolution?
 
Nope, just did the full screen size. 1152x864.
 
Well i got it to load fine now. But how do i make it so i can see TP of all?
 
The readme that comes with the latest versions explains how to do that or check their forum's like was already suggested as this is explained countless times in many threads there.

Well I had it on the largest recommended. Then I changed it to more exact amounts. It loaded but no special features, so i think i might of fucked up the config. file on it. I just deleted it and started over... It's all good now.

If your keeps like that I would just delete it all, re-D/L it then set it to the same size as your desktop and it should be fine. That's all I did the 2nd time and it works perfectly. GL.

I also can't get my Windower to work. When I load it up I only get this window:

and POL doesn't open. Anyone have any ideas or knows where to go for some? I did get mine from http://ffxi.archbell.com/ and it is version 3.21 as the image shows. Thanks for any help.
 
Um.. You could probably find what you messed with, but just delete your current windower in whole. Then re-download it from archbell. Change it to the size you want in the windower config and just leave it. Should work fine.

More than likely you added something into the init. file or messed around with a file the wrong way.

Just re-download it and it should be fine.
 
Hmmm. I don't think I messsed with it at all except to change the size. I'll give it a shot and see if it works or not.
 
Damn still doesn't work. You think it is because I run off Windows ME or something? I have no idea what to do :cry:
