Hello, anyone know if the Cardian NM's that are spawned are the Queens?

Yes. Queen of Swords (PLD) and Queen of Coins (RDM). As with the previous cardian fight, you only have to kill one for credit if you can keep it alive long enough for the other to disappear.

Edited to add that unlike the other cardians, these can't be slept.
