hmm there's only one way to prove this... mention Rise in any of the threads this new Windy person has posted in and if they go crazy with rage then scientifically it must be her.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the original issue of the puppet the register IP of it didn't match the post IP?
 
LOL You can change your IP Adress in under 30seconds. You know every computer has like 3 IP Adress's right? Internet company's just pick the default one but you can go in and change it, it isn't very hard at all. :)
 
That's only if your ISP is using DHCP.

Also, your new IP will still be in the same block, so it'll be fairly obvious.

I'd love to know how you do this. You can go in and change your computer's IP with ease, but with static addressing you won't be going on the Internet anytime soon unless you're using a gateway of some sort.

It sounds like you're talking about modding the modem's MAC Reservation... which is probably frowned upon by most ISPs.

I wasn't the mod that banned him/her.
 
Then you use a proxy server of a different IPs block lol
