not my point the r/ex boots are my point. They can not be upgrade unless you have 89 leather crafting. Posibly or there is no upgrade thats all im saying

i really dont see the point in winged boots its what 1 more def big whoop i would understand if they added more dex and agi but if they dont what would be the big deal if you couldnt get em

i've always thought it was so you could continue camping LL and get her drop piro... maybie it would make more sense if it gave you a bit more speed, or if they could give you some actual wings on your boots. man, THAT would be cool!

They most likely did it to make a HQ leaping boots, and thus continuing the rat race. Unfortunately defense isn't what the fans kill their own mothers for. Accuracy is. Winged boots turned into little more than storehouses so people could go out and get another pair.
