WitchBlade

So... Who's checked this out yet? I just bought the first dvd in the dubbed series and I think im definately going to stick with it. Pretty neat action and I can safely say there's plenty of fan service... an awesome amount of it I can safely say. The story seems to be pretty decent, though I've only seen the first 4 episodes. It seems like a pretty awesome series and I can't wait for the rest of it.

Also, the dubbing, it's done very well I must say. Then again, I find very little bad dubbing these days. (This is good)

I've been meaning to check this out for some time. I'm gonna see if I can get the DVDs next year. It looks awesome.

Definately get it on dvd, I guess they show it on television...somewhere? Because apparently the the TV version is somewhat censored. Basically they recolored portions of the WitchBlade costume to make her appear to be wearing more armor so that there isn't as much flesh showing.

Since it's going through Funimation, You can almost surely bet that it'll be on the Adult Swim lineup sometime in the future. Which I suggest, you watch the much better and uncensored dvd version. Or.. find someplace to download the series. Me.. I like spending my money on anime when I want to. :3

For those wandering what the series might be like, I found a nifty little blog on someone's first impressions of the series. I think they did a decent job and its a good little read plus it kinda photo catalog's most of the first episode while explaining stuff.
