ya, the prison situation in the US is the same. We have too many and too much money going to it. The thing is.. 70% of those in prison are for drug use.. and many of them for things like weed... I still think drugs, prostitution, gambling being illegal are retarded... those are all a single person's choice. They should live with whatever consequences they get for doing them.
 
The main problem with the death penalty is the fact that innocent people are easily convicted. last i checked the percentage of people on death row that get their cases overturned when they receive dna evidence proving their innocence in the US is huge.
In order for the death penalty to be used imo it shoudl generally be so glaringly obvious that the guy did it that nothing short of alien technology being involved could explain the accused being innocent.
 
Break every appendage, and then skin him alive. No more, no less. We shouldn't even bury him, the earth doesn't need that trash recycling back into it.
