Okay. After 4 hours of waiting at the information desk, and 45 mins on hold via phone, I finally got a hold of them.

They unlocked my account. Logged in, contacted a GM (due to the fact that they didn't start the restoration process via info desk, because the agent didnt want to.. literally), and told him the long, enduring, sometimes whorish story that is the Avilas.

He embraced me and told me it would be okay. Then booted me to the curb and said in a low, shrill voice:

"Seven days...."

I then shrieked and ran away as they locked my account to prepare for the restoration.

so thus, my friends, I say to you:

I will have my account fully back and restored in approximately seven days. =D
