It was 2000 or so people. Comparing it to the 3 million jews that died in the holocaust does a disservice to the people that died in concentration camps.
I won't go see this movie either, because I hate theaters, not because of what it's about.
Yes hollywood wants money and will do anything to get it. What else is new.
Why not get pissed over something worth your time as opposed to a movie? How bout the fact that the people who organized 9/11 are still alive? How bout the fact that more people have died from exposure because they are mentaly ill, can't take care of theirself and noone cares enough to do anything but step over them in the street? How about the fact that more people in the US end there own life every year than the ones that died in 9/11? Or the fact that 2000 people die every 2 days from Tobbaco use.
Life is sacred, Sure, as a whole. The people that lost someone that day are not likely to ever forget about it or get over it. The movie will not make a difference in thier lives.
If you want to care about something, care about your nieghbor, ask them how life is treating them. Care about your Grandma, go see her. Care about your friends. Don't care about (yet another) piece of shit movie about a day when .000001% of americans were killed because foriegn countries think we're all evil bastards like the people we elect [read: apoint].
