I created a map pack, similar to Brandson's map pack, for the WotG zones. Why? SE Devs couldnt be lazier and make us figure out theres no way to get to Ronfuare without traveling the hell of Vunkler Inlet, right?

*ahem*

Anyway, I'm just spreading the news of my map pack, and I'm trying to make it better. ^^ I'm working on updating all the zones with the proper ???'s and whatnot, but if anyone is willing to help me, please gimmie a tell! ^^

Sounds like a good project, though I can't check it out at the moment (being at work and all). If you haven't already included it though, I'd suggest marking where the forts are, but that's such an obvious suggestion (and one SE should've done themselves, as well as marking Vunkerl, Grauberg, and Fort Taruname zone lines).

It wouldn't hurt to mark where to go to find enemies in the more confusing places that few people do campaign (read: Garlaige, Eldieme, CN). The various things to clicky in various zones to enter Ghoyu, Ruhotz, and Everbloom would also be helpful.

(Again, since I haven't seen your maps yet, I have no idea which of those you may have already done. Do you have any way of posting JPGs of them?)
 
I would be willling to lend my cartographic skills to this project. I cant do anything atm, since im at work, but oncei get home ill be happy to help

Vilurum - this is just the first verison, I'm marking important NPCs out now, I'm ~90% done with marking the campaign towers as well. I want to spend some time marking out important things (like the ??? for the Jugner Forest gate) but theres only so much I can do (alone).

Claudhert - ALL THE HELP I CAN GET IS NICE. >_> Its alot of work to try to cover the entire zone myself. I'd just like to get a party of people to seek out any and all ???'s/mobs, so I can mark 'em down.
 
I'm all up for this and all but did anyone virus scan it first to check for Trojans etc???

no offense BuggedMei but i was thinking the same thing, i think its an awsome project but....i rather be safe i know other map mods have been checked by ppl on bluegarterls and the windower guys maybe you should post there about this they will scan and see if its ok also if this is legit you may get more than the help you will need at those sites too

BG saw these mods a few days ago skreb so your point is moot. you also have your own virus scanner you can use easily to check it.

yeah i understand since the hackings im so paranoid i follow everyones else suggestions to protect my pc but im not as pc saavy as some of you. but point taken

I give you my word as a semi-decent WHM, a horrible BRD, and I dont even play WAR anymore.... *ahem* I'm not bugging anyone, dispite my username suggesting it... There have been over 200 downloads of my mod, and well, nobody has gotten hacked. >_>;

Come friday morning, v1.2 should be out... I have a killer migrane right now and I don't think I can do another 8hr session of staring at little multicolored dots.
