Wrestling Thread! Wrestlemania XXV...Texas!

Yeah I'm gonna have to read the results. I completely forgot about that show and I wanted to see it too.

There has never been a full blown Cena vs McMahon before has there? I think that might be coming up next >.>

Since Vince lost his title and he interrupted Cena as he was saying "The champ is here!"

Sweet jebus. I've always wanted to see Umaga and Khali got at it 1 on 1...

But I guess Umaga vs Khali vs Cena will suffice!!

Yay, Umaga got chopped on the head and Khali got spiked :D

Obviously Cena won..That was a nice little twist. I just wish Khali and Umaga fought each other more.

Yeah same. I didn't care fore how they went back and forth going 1 on 1. Khali gets knocked out, umaga vs cena for awhile. Umaga gets chopped, Cena vs Khali for awhile. Overall though I thought it was pretty cool. Cena did do a nice FU on Khali. Impressive doing that to someone so big.

Say what you want about Cena, but he's damn strong. I've always said that pound-for-pound he's one of the strongest men in the WWE.

Oh yeah I agree. He's even done some nice FUs on Big Show too. I have respect for the amount of strength that guy has. He's not only built well but he's ripped too.

Not to mention one on Viscera. The thing that really sticks out in my memory was when he caught Edge in a cross-body from the top turnbuckle, then tossed him up over his head for the FU.

Yeah he also did it to him off the latter in that TLC match they had. And having experience carrying heavy boxes up and down a ladder while trying to keep balance, I have respect for Cena pulling that off to a near or at 200 some pound human body.

Edge is like 250 lbs >.> Catching that shit in mid air is just...whoa O_o

Cena is pretty damn strong. He's also a hell of a nice guy outside the ring too. We're just getting tired of seeing him as champ for like 2 yrs in a row, but hes pretty cool over all.

Don't know if I mentioned it before, but I remember reading that they are trying to make Cena the next Hogan. It's kinda workin to be honest. I hate the guy...but I did cheer when he put Khali through the table.

Cena put Khali through a table? O.o When was this..?

Yeah I don't remember either actually. That and people liked Hogan back in his prime. People today are giving Cena mixed reactions. Shoot Hogan got cheers over The Rock during his prime and thats not an easy task. Goes to show how over Hogan was/is. If you put The Rock vs Cena today, more than likely Cena would get booed out of the building. I mean yeah they can make him the next Hogan, but I don't think it will go as well as hulkamania did. Course nowadays, not so many people like hogan anymore. At least the people I know and those I talked to in a wrestling radio show chat room I was in a few weeks ago.

Hogan is Hogan, he will get a pop whenever he shows on the ring. The Rock is in that league too. Sadly, Stone Cold too... (yes I hate him and the way the build him. I still remember when Breat Heart whiped the ring with him). Cena? idk lol

haha yeah. I still remember when HHH lost to warrior at WM12 in about 2-3 minutes. Was a slaughter.

Yea! I remember that fight and I was lol so hard. That was when Warrior made the comeback and he was skinny, muscular... but skinny compared to his days as champ. I think HHH showed a lot of cojones that night because word was nobody wanted to wrestle him because he was HIV positive... ; ;

Never heard that part of the story lol. Interesting. I heard that he jobbed to warrior like that cause he broke kayfeb when Nash and Hall were leaving and was being punished for it. He jobbed to various other people as well. Someone I work with read Shawn Micheal's book and told me that was mentioned in there.
