I suspected as much. Maybe that's why the resentment. The Monday Night Wars was serious bizniz! The new Divas work but they lack that edge when fighting. The only one I see have them both right now is Beth Phoenix.

John Cena got injury on Raw last night (Hah I was right Tiael)

He's out for 6-8 months. Gonna miss wrestlemania.

As noted earlier, WWE Champion John Cena suffered a complete right pectoral tendon tear Monday night on Raw. Surgery is required. As a result, Cena will be out of action 6-8 months. This is such a huge blow to WWE at a time where many stars are out with injuries and others aren't on the road full-time. Cena was the top draw for RAW and the house shows as well.

Cena could be back at the earliest in April (meaning he will miss Wrestlemania) and at the worst, June 2008.

John Cena will be stripped of the WWE championship with a new champion slated to be crowned this Sunday at the No Mercy PPV in Chicago.

That sucks. I bet he got injured during the ridiculous Randy Orton beating after the match.

Meh, there goes our John Cena closure. Who do you think will be facing Orton at No Mercy now?
 
This kinda sucks, now he doesn't legitly lose the title, so that means when he comes back they'll just throw him right back into the title picture again.
 
It does suck, I was hoping he'd lose it legitimately at No Mercy, assuming they were gonna have him lose it... but he got injured in his match with Kennedy, and stripped of the title, gotta suck after he's been such a good employee for the WWE for over a year, and done everything that was asked of him for Vince and the higher ups, and was rewarded for it by his lengthy title reign, which honestly I believe was going to go longer than No Mercy.

Some people may not like him as champion, since he's been it over a year, understandable, but it sucks he has to lose it this way, although he'll just be thrown back in when he's back like Rappa posted.

I was talking with Tyrath earlier.. it'd be funny, if not feasible(maybe? I wish) if it was a Fatal Four Way for title at No Mercy between HBK, Y2J, Orton and Kennedy... I'd throw HHH in there and make it an elimination chamber, but he's involved in a feud with Umaga atm. Course there's a 1 in 5 bazillion chance we'd see either Y2J or HBK at No Mercy, much less both.

Its hard to say if its kennedy's fault. Either Kennedy didn't do the bump properly or Cena didn't lift him properly. He tore his pectoral muscle trying to do a hip toss, or so I heard which makes sense, which uses that muscle.
 
Meh, i guess but i don't really like the Kennedy gimmick... lol i always mute my tv when i see him on screen -.- , i find him annoying like hell...

This is the perfect opportunity to get rid of his rapper gimmick and make him better. If that can be done...

I'm thinking HHH will will be the new champ. But then again Orton could win it too or even Y2J (remember Jericho was the first unified champion).

I dunno, i think its kinda funny when he rhymes things while yelling about something.

His bit about Orton, on Raw: (I forget the beginning) "...cell phone, a snow cone, or a student loan" was hilarious.

This would at least make more credible why he was able to hold the world title for so long. I would lol if this came true.
 
His rapping gimmick was best when he was heel. Now his gimmick is more rapper/patriotic like. He was hilarious when he was heel. But yeah the bionic man suits him better now. Espically after being the first to beat the unstoppable umaga and khali at the time.
 
You know what? If he goes bionic in his gimmick I will proclaim him my new champion and swallow all the BS I've talked about him ever.

I could see me cheering Bionic-Cena. lol
