heel Taker oWned. The wedding was weird and the worst part was when Austin came to save her at the end. He came running down with those soft bad aimed punches. Rolling as he fell, like the uncoordinated mess he is. He didn't deserve the honor of overpowering the Taker.
 
I'm goin to No Mercy. This guy won tickets from the big sports radio in Chicago while they were at a local bar by me. He didn't want to go so I got the tickets for 130 a piece for 4 rows back. Enjoy watching the PPV boys.

I don't watch wwe ppvs anymore, lol. I just read active forums/sites to find out what's happening as they go.

Kill my good times. I've never been to a WWE event. I'm excited because Cena's hurt I'll get to see the new champ crowned. This is what I'm excited for the most.

Oh no man, going to a live event is SOOOO much better than watching it on TV. I was at Summerslam back in 2000, it was a blast. I've been to a few shows since then and they are always good times.

Ya the local wrestling shows were always a blast because you're right there. I just can't believe the price the tickets were at. Stubhub has row 3 and 5 listed at 275. 130 for these seats is a steal. I can't wait except the ride to Allstate Arena is going to suck.

The Taker + Kane vs MVP + Matt match seems to be for next friday smackdown, not no mercy.

I'll have to watch smackdown then :D

Yeah I liked heel taker besides all the satan crap he did. I also liked him when he turned heel a second time when he was doing the "biker" gimmick and rivaled Rick Flair. He smacked him around at WM19. Plus he played mind games with him like when he attacked Rick Flair's son, David Flair lol. Taker was always one of my favorite wrestlers. Even during Austin's peek of his popularity.

Yeah I agree. I went to starcade 97 when it was sting vs Hogan. Granted I had nose bleed seats but it was still so much fun compared to TV.
 
Live events kick so much ass. I was at Bad Blood where the very first Hell in a Cell took place. Gotta love HBK's proverbial "crimson mask". This was when I just started watching wrestling, and when Kane came out, I was like "Who the hell is that?" Lol.
 
Opening match of No Mercy is HHH vs Orton after Orton was awarded the championship.


This has to be a set up for something else later.

1-time World Heavyweight Champion, 2-time WWE Champion. Very weak ending. =/ But an entertaining PPV overall.
 
I wasnt sure because I dont know if that 20 min reign where he was awarded the championship counted....

This PPV rocked my socks. xD Beth Phoenix looked hot. That should tell you how manly she looked. rofl I was so pissed when HHH won the title...I really want to see how Orton does as champ. And now we will!

I was flipping from the PPV to the Bears game last night. The finlay/mysterio fight through me off a bit.

At one point, I saw Finlay being moved away on a stretcher. Flipped to the Bears for a few minutes, thinking the fight was over. When I flipped back, Mysterio was on the ground, beaten viciously, and Finlay was walking up the ramp. The word "Whaaaaaaaa?" came to mind.

V was pretty rough on CM Punk. Did you see him coughing up blood as they tried to carry him up the ramp after the fight? Brutal.

The punjabi prison match was lame. The whole fight was super predictable.

I thought it was a pretty dec PPV. Not as exciting as the Bears game, but still good.
