I'm sorry Rones that I didn't get to an exact point. However, Kat did hit the nail on the head. I guess I should have been a little clearer in my thoughts. To my defense I was drunk and it was late... I went off on a little ramble but I would say it is far from thread crapping. That's what the OP did, in my opinion.

Peregrine, I don't know you. I don't believe I have ever even encountered you in game, whether in a party or just running by. I know OF you from these boards and from people I associate with. I haven't heard anything good about you but I never "jumped in" one of (many) negative threads about you. I could have, just based on what I've read but I didn't. I only posted MY OPINION about you in this thread. You and those like you, are what makes this game not worth playing sometimes.

Honestly, the only reason you started this thread was for attention. Am I wrong? Were you really trying to generate more sales by posting on the flameboards and not flaming anyone? Hence, the "Attention Whore" picture. I couldn't give a fuck if you were selling your coins for 1 gil or 1 million gil. I'm sure most everybody here does not care either. If you did want to sell them or any item, there are other boards for that. So, no, what you do doesn't affect me at all. You can slit your wrists and start another "emo" Myspace.com page. Maybe you can get the attention you are looking for, over there.

Wasn't refering to your post when I mentioned that. That comment was directed at all the 1 liner spam.

While you still say Pere made this solely for attention, I think there is a little more to it. Obviously if you look at the title, you will see it is in reference to a thread on the AH boards under the same name (several pages back now) which is offering more than double what the coin alliance offers. Then near the middle of his post he attempts to make an argument about that same topic (coin prices). The start and ending of his post are rambling and off topic though, so for the casual reader/skimmer his point is missed entirely. This thread is a poorly focused attack at the coin alliance and its ideas. If you want to flame him, attack him for not making a more coherent flame perhaps.

Thought this thread had some potential for discussion, but it doesn't look promising at this point.

Seriously, I had no idea where he was coming from with this thread, other than to seek attention. That was my only gripe towards him in the first place. I'm guessing he thinks since the world revolves around him, then EVERYONE must know what he is posting about. Shit, I must be out of the loop then. Is there a board option that I can set up to be emailed each time Peregrine posts?

I have seen the thread(s) that have generated this one. I still can't see the point in making it. If he has coins that he is selling for X amount of gil and selling them so quickly then why bother? Why post that bullshit and not keep it to himself? Make your own money and not worry about what other people do. Why go into other people's threads just to spout off your own business?
