Wtf Greenrose?

So I'm sitting around in jeuno for like an hour searching for a party. Finally someone invites me. I'm a 68 paladin btw. So we get everyone together and they want to go to Den of Rancor which is fine with me. So we get there and start fighting, it isn't too bad could have been a lot quicker if we had a blm but whatever. The lizards are hitting me for 60-90 damage Crits were like 140, so not bad by any means. Then after three fights Greenrose the ranger says "Boyhada Tree ok". And we are like what are you talking about? Then Greenrose disbands and uses a warp scroll. Apparently after she/he warped told the leader can only party in Den of Rancor with a blink tank??? Wtf? I kept hate the whole time and the damage range wasn't bad at all?? If the Ranger wanted to only party with a NIN they should have said something before we left Jeuno? Pissed me off to wait so long for a party then someone leaves over nothing like that. I mean come on.

lol I found this Ironic, just as I am reading this I switch back to FFXI and I see "Greenrose waves to Yamaha" not saying anything about Yamaha, I just found it ironic to be reading this thread and see Greenrose emote at the exact time I switched back XD
 
Just thought I would update how the rest of the party went. After a while of xping:
(sorry no fancy screenshots and what not this is right off my screen though)
With no previous warning

Naps : KK me too
SilverSurfer : His name is StarMetalX
Naps : No need my kids want to pop fireworks
SilverSurfer: Cya
Disbands
Redness : Inivte lalah that's my replacement I have to take care of something with Silver
Disbands
Naps : My replacement is phishn
passes lead to me then Disbands

So lalah and Starmetal were there invited them then

Angelie : ry guys have to go now something came up
Angelie : ty for d party
disbands

Phishn was still in jeuno, Angelie was whm and no other mages searching
So I had to disband the party right after Starmetal and Lalah got there. Thanks to all those other people giving no warning and ditching out I get to look like a complete asshole when in reality we all got royally screwed. Lalah and Starmetal start asking me for gil to make up for time lost coming to party. Lalah didn't speak english and other person still in party with me from the start didn't speak english. So he and I were trying to explain to the two what happened it was a big fucking mess.
I just wanted to take a minute to thank all these people that made it possible for me to get a bad reputation with people that I'm not able to even explain what actually happened since I don't speak japanese.

The same thing happened to me in the unes a couple of days ago. We needed a whm to fill out our party so we grabbed Silversurfer. He was playin on a friends account, but he was Silversurfer.

The Party is a great setup, Blm, War, Thf, Drk, Rng(me), Whm.

It so happens that the first thing we fought was a pugil. I hit him with a Sharpshot Piercing arrow, so it turns on me, swims over to the mage camp where I'm standing, Performs Screwdriver, and kills me.
Oh well, shit happens

So he immediatly said, "There is no way this setup can work, I'm leaving."

I send him a /t ell and ask if he's joking. He calls me a Noob and basiclly says he isn't worried about what some little noob in the dunes thinks about him.

Such rude rude people. It all worked out tho. We got a whm that was worth a damn and I proceeded to go from lvl 16 to lvl 19 in about 3 hours.
 
Is her sub still 12 ninja? Its sad enough stupid people party with her, but to add to the fact she is severely gimped and still gets invited over others is just disgusting.
 
im lvling my ranger atm which is lv68 and ive had to pt with her once. she is fuckin retarded. has no idea what to do and just shoots off WS randomly and does not make an attempt to SC what-so-ever. she has strider boots which is kinda funny cause she cant sell them and shes been trying to for like a month+ now. i just hope i never have to pt with her again.

Because they realized that Ranger can maim anything in sight even with gimp shit equipment... No I'm totally serious... they did.
 
Greenrose will also have a few of her "buddies" tagging along her pt to find mobs for her. Her friends will then proceed to attempt to hassle other pullers in neighboring pt's.

I watched this in Garliege as I lvl'd my ranger across the pit form her pt.
Her friends would get right up in my face as I pulled, and then follow me back to camp and run around in the middle of our fight.

Pathetic to say the least.

I'll need to see if I can spot this guy again tonight, but I'm almost positive that Grbfly was the Sam that was mentioned in the other thread.
 
Funny they start to play rng now before the nerf.
Wasted effort for em, because i can almost guareente
they wont figure out the range penaltys/bonuses at all.
Would be funny if they missunderstod it so bad their rngs
became very expensive regular DD's. :P Although i think
they are doing for the abilitys rng gets, witch really help
out alot when you fight HNM. Gilsellers are now gonna have
stuff like shadowbind and witch i dont think i ever saw in a
gilseller pty before.
