I would still be on my ass as a WAR/WHM in Boyadha Tree, sending tells to random people I do not know asking if they're camping Aquarius.
God bless the campers - Flameass, Necrosis, and Meastoso are all LSmates from back when I first started playing FFXI, and the three of them graciously passed me the Francisca drop from Aquarius shortly following the update. Again, thank you guys... my rare/exc weapon stash was very thankful for your contribution.
Back on topic... personally I'm more interested in camping the altered NMs now, since I can use the drops and won't be tempted to sell them just to beef up my bank account. That, and the number of people camping it should hopefully dwindle over time as more and more people get their own.

I camped the new NM bird in West Sarutabaruta last night to try to get the Pilgrim Rod to level up my blm subjob. It took all of 3 minutes for it to spawn and I got the drop. Wooo..

Do you mean waste of time entirely, or "inefficient gilmaking method?"
Becasue, yes, it's not the most gil efficient way to spend your time. You can make more gil per hour in different ways. But what about the people who enjoy camping nms?

He can still camp them if that's what he loves to do, he just won't be making as much money off it - unless he shouts that he got a drop and the highest bidder will be allowed to lot.silvereyes said:
