10 and a half hours into Fable. Beat the last boss, scroll through credits

needless to say I am pissed. Can't find my warrantee thingy and It would have run out by now anyway. It is not the game, so it looks like I have to open it up and poke random things until it actually breaks.

no real point to this...just need to vent and say how annoyed i am
 
X-box is full of monkey dong, that's why it's so heavy :twisted:
 
1) Grab a blunt object.
2) Run at your Xbox and scream random profanitys.
3) Bash your Xbox until it is no more.
4) Your are now done venting. :P
 
i want to...but my brother wants to keep it for Halo2 (which I think is a pos on xobox <.<; real FPS are on computer >.>;)
 
*drools* (But just alittle) Halo2....... Yea, XBOX is pos, not many RPG's.... Ps2 is much better.
 
I think the main reason why I ultimately did stay away from buying a console is that I just can't imagine to fork out $50 for 10 hours of game play.
 
fable is much more...after the credits you get to play with the best sword in the game if you choose evil...

however the credits are 10min long and xbox freezes, so i CANT play any further >< >< >< >< >< I would clock well over 20hrs with that sword ; ;
 
Naly its not that fun when you get that sword...All you really do is go into towns kill everything in one hit, buy all the stores/house, and get bored of the game... :roll:

I don't think I follow, so you play the game again, just with a better weapon?

In the end of the game you can either choose to kill your sister or save her. (If your good you save her or if your evil you kill her :shock:) If you choose to kill her you get a sword called "The Sword of Aeons." Which is the most powerful sword in the game. Sooo basically you can kill anything in one hit... :lol:
 
OOOOOK time to defend xbox.....I'm probably one of the only posters on QCDN who actually likes Xbox but here it goes...../sigh :roll:

Nalyubuites, you are VERY right in being angry with Xbox's disc reading capabilities. They are very very very bad. I do agree with you on that part.

I remember my xbox froze so much when I used to play morrowind, to the point that it froze on every game. Turned out that the xbox was in fact damaged.

I was forced to get a new one.....fortunately for me, my mom is a lawyer.....so she just worked her magic and not only did I have a new xbox waiting for me at home the next day, but I had a $50 best buy gift certificate and a written apology. I love lawyers, I love my mom. :twisted:

So....your xbox is PROBABLY damaged, or unable to read fable. It may or may not worsen. I wouldn't try to use 3rd party cleaning products...those never work.

It seems like I'm just adding to the continuous bashing of xbox....

It depresses me a little bit that most of you compare xbox to feces or other things that are synonimous with that, and of course there are those CS and HL people who believe that if an FPS is on a console, it can be used to lubricate Anna Nicole Smith before surgery or something....

I believe Xbox is a great system, even though it has its shortcomings. None of you have probably ever exerienced Xbox Live like I have (I am starting to feel like I am the unofficial spokesman for xbox live...) Talking to my friends and even distant relatives, as well as a bunch of unique people from all around the country is an experience that cannot be matched. Now I am sounding all epic...I played PSO for a year on xbox live, it was a non-freaking-stop party! That is just the crust: CS, Unreal Championship, Mechwarrior, Rainbow 6 III (***this game is heaven***), and many more.

Sure... PS2 has tried to mimic that with SOCOM, but it just isn't the same. So yeah, I don't think this will compel you all, I will probably be laughed at now. I don't really care, the 50 bucks I spend a year for this service is one of the greatest stress relievers I have ever had to invest in.

didnt accually mean a pos, just it has its flaws. Halo gotta be the only turning point for me. Just such an amazing game. CS on xbox live is fun, just Ps2 is btr. Mwhahaha
 
sadly it looks like i need to get a new xbox...but i don't want to spend the money...

so screw microsoft ^^ i'll keep my money
 
By Ver1 I mean when it was first released. I think the newest xbox is Ver 1.6
 
Well, when I got my Xbox (last october) it came with an option for a 2-year full warranty for $50, infinitely renewable.

$2 a month for peace of mind? Yeah, that's worth it. ^_^
