Not so much a flame as an annoyance. I keep geting mistaken for someone else. For some reason unknown to myself, someone has decided to make a copy of me. "Her" name is Mirwen and people keep asking if I've started another character. I have not. I made my name up and have been using it for about 10 years. Fine, w.e... copying is "the sincerest form of flattery" but I do kind of find it odd that this person not only picked a name almost identicle to myself, they also chose my class and race. Yes Mirwen is a Black Mage Mithran. No, "she" is not my mule. No, I do not know "her" so please stop asking. I have been told this person is a sub par Black Mage and I don't want to run in any problems getting a party when I choose to seek. Please read the name carefully, my name is MIREWEN. Thanks.

I remember when Everlasting first started playing. OMG what a mess that was!!! In the end he was one of my best buds^^. Man I miss him ; ;

I've been around from day one, you're probably thinking of me. I've never seen this person until just recently and I've never had so many people pointing "her" out and confusing "her" with me, so Idk.
 
I have a clone as well o_O Xyleia is evil and not to be trusted.

There's a Courney that hangs around in Bastok... same character model and everything.... Kinda freaks me out...
 
Just wanted to make sure people don't confuse me with Mirwen again. "She" was still lvl 60something last I checked so it shouldn't REALLY be a problem until "she" hits 75.
 
There's a Valoras out there. Every time I see him I /tell him "nice name"

He usually responds with a "lol, you too," then we salute and run off or whatever.

No mistaking me, though; I've been monk 58 for months and I'll probably be staying there at least one more until school lets up and I get into grad schools.
 
I sent a tell to a guy named Westley once, it freaked him out

In Celestial Kights we have 2 members with very simular names. Dejavu (me) and Dejavue. Its fun when people say hey deja in Ls chat and we both answer. Good times.
 
I think its against the Rules of conduct too name your character close too someone's name. May want too check into it and see. I think now maybe the best chance too call a GM if you can and get it all straighten out before any serious drama enters the picture. Just a thought.
 
There is a Morwen in my LS, so the names are pretty close. Everytime I see you name, Mirewen, I think it's her...but I don't think she graces us with her presence on these boards. :-x
 
HA! I knew if I searched my name it'd come up somewhere. Yeah, I usually respond that way Valoran. Sadly I haven't seen you in quite some time. Everyone seems to come close to my name. I made a Hume named Gerrin and found a Taru named Garrin shortly after...
 
Amazing how many mix me up with Rone. Guess its understandable since we both have high lvl brds.
