This has been debated to death and back in countless flames. Let's please not delve into it here yet again, lol.
And Pesmerga, let me explain this to you again since you're slow. Let's say we have a player named.... Tang. Tang has a horrible rep on the server because he's a dick and no one likes him. Tang doesn't have many friends and misses out on a lot of things in-game he could be doing because everyone knows in advance not to associate with Tang because of his poor rep.
Then you have someone named Yappa. Yappa's pretty well-liked in general and has a good rep on the server for helping people out and just being a good player. Yappa can do whatever he likes and will always get invites for various adventures because of his good rep.
Do you get it now? Darth's just pissed away what rep he had. He'll lose friends and pretty much be blackballed from any qcdn event.

True, but not really the only thing that he'll be blackballed from. Word will spread to hnmlses and whatnot, though I guess he'll always be welcomed in happyangel or integral since they love recruiting the cream of the crap in regards to na players, lol.
