Yesterday I randomly searched Ro'Maeve (sp) and saw about 22 people so I estimated a ToD for Shig. Weapon. I showed up today with about an hour to go before pop with myself and my brother Smalls. I was discouraged when a large chunk of the United linkshell showed up.

There were about 25 people in the zone and all I had was Smalls and myself. I became desperate and started searching whitegate for random people I might have met once and could beg for help. I remembered that I had recently partied with a pretty nice person Blazeoffury so I sent him a tell. He shows up immediately and brings his friend Dejan with him. I was still doubtful we would get claim, but I was amazed people would help a complete stranger at a moments notice.

We picked it up on widescan and everyone in the zone started moving towards it. It was yellow for a long time in a mob of weapons and somehow we manage to claim it. The battle was pretty nasty. I thought we were gonna die several times. Smalls died just as we were killing the last few points of HP. Yingyang robe drops, and I almost fall out of my chair. This was my first time ever camping this NM, and I can't believe my luck. Thank you SO much Blazeoffury and Dejan.

I'm sorry the ecstasy of obtaining the robe clouded my ability to understand you. I think I saw Bahamut there counter camping us as well O.o;
 
This is a testament to how helpful and friendly Dej and Blaze are. 95% of people would have shrugged you off, and I must say I'm impressed to see the selflessness those two displayed. Grats on the robe~

This is very true, congrats on your robe.

Dejan is an awesome claimer.
 
Dejan was defeated by the Killing Weapon.
 
Both Blaze and I claimed, me first with charm but it didn't go red, so we had to actually whack it to get claim.

And we had 4 or so links when we were bringing it down, Blaze did a good job tanking, but at the end i had to try to rush to zone, and with a huge-ass train behind me, wanting to eat me, this time a Killing Weap got me ; ;

I should compile a list of monsters that have killed me, i think i've been killed by every possible monster variation in this game. Seriously.
