Main Menu -> Options. Enter 11, 3, 8.
Episode I - Outtakes
Episode II - Outtakes
Episode III - Rapping Yoda
One of two easter eggs on the prequel DVD's that I know of. The other (which also works on the Classic Trilogy DVD's) is pressing either 1, 2, or 3 when it shows the FBI warning. Depending on what number you press is what menu you'll get, instead of it being random.
I was surprised to find this instead of outtakes. I found it funny, but I liked outtakes more.
