Quake is Ancient Magic, takes like 15 seconds or more to cast, hell, I don't know, I don't waste my time with those spells, but its a LONG long time to cast. All I can say to Yoshindor is:

well considering in this case it seemed that the meat was of the opinion that voke was optional I was getting getting hit by bettels and bats, also what kind of person pulls when a member is still weakend especially when it is the tank <_< um... no thanks stupidy I don't need it, my fiance came in and asked me to come help her with something so I warped my ass home

Ok maybe it's just me but I've never died casting escape and I have a lvl 51 BLM. Not once. Usually when I cast it someone in my pt heals me while I'm casting so I don't die. Guess I'm just lucky.

Also I was in Garliage Citadel until 50 with 51's in the pt and we were getting like 4k exp an hour. So I don't know why you were getting bad xp. Yeah we had a couple of lower exp pulls but that happens.

And I'm sorry Yoshidor YOU SHOULD'VE CASTED ESCAPE!. End of story. I don't care how bad the pt is it's your job and if you don't do it then you're no better than the rest of your pt. If they don't get near you when you cast then that's their problem, but at least by escaping instead of warping you give them the chance to save themselves. That's like the whm deciding to not heal someone because they think they suck.

Ditching your party, not a good thing to do and it can royally screw you over your reputation. Should have just casted 'Escape,' if they weren't in your AoE that's their fault, at least you would have tried.

That still doesn't mean you couldn't have casted escape for your pt and then logged; it doesn't take that much more time than warp.

My position has stayed the same each post because I'm describing what happened. I never once said that I pulled or provoked while I was weakened, you conjured that shit up in your mind somewhere along the way. I said I spammed provoke, maybe you misunderstood. I spammed provoke before I died and was weakened after the Raise. Please, with an IQ of 163 Reading Comprehension and a simple memorization of events shouldn't be murder on you.

Fine, your fiancee needed you to do something, great but you could have said "Hey, my fiancee wants me to do something" or for christ's sake at least "Guys, I gtg, bye". You didn't mention this in the, what was it, 7 pages of this thread but now you decide it might be relevant to bring up. OK, I can honestly say that real life events DO take precedence over the game, but you didn't have to be a dick about leaving. The fact that this wasn't mentioned for 7 pages raises doubts in my mind but ok, if you say this is why then I'll accept that as your reason for leaving. But, have some common courtesy next time and try saying something to the ppl in your party about it first.

In yoshindors defense it is difficult for a blm to sleep tough or higher bats since they have a high resistant to dark magic. Even with elemental seal it will hit but it will only stick for 2 to 5 secs then the mob is all over the blm. and im sure every one knows the cast time for escape. we need more the 5 secs.

I would have tried to escape if no one gather for it that’s there fault. disbanding and warping out wasnt cool.. I usually give a party 2 deaths. If i die twice the I tell them its not working and I have to leave.

Hell I have given some partys 4 deaths in the boyada tree and lvl down because there were what I consider friends. But thats my choice

This goes under the "I'm looking out for me and only me" category. I understand there are these types of people, doesn't mean I have to like it. It'd be one death if I say "Everyone gathe for Escape" and start casting... not like escape is a quick spell to cast anyways. The aggro you always get is from the sleeping. I always thought the black mage is supposed to be away from the main fighting area so they can observe if there are links following too. If there was constant death, I'm sure I'd be really mad, but from what the story says, there would have maybe been one.

Just waiting for Tyrion to ask you for your gil. If it's just a game to you, play console games. So that when your fiance needs your help, you won't have to aggrevaite the people in your party that have dedicated a block of time to this game for that night. Besides, your fiance will love you for it. I just don't see how you can make that statement when you have dedicated enough of yourself to get to the 50s. If this is your cop-out for not owning up to disbanding without warning, then so be it.

I can understand the warping, I don't condone it, but no warning on the disband, come on!

Once my notice is in the party chat everyone knows what I am doing and knows if they want to get out they had better gather around me. Im not saying to hell with them if they dont. Im saying They have plenty of time to get near me once I start the cast.

I wont stop the cast unless some one says wait or something of that nature.

i think both people made some mistakes here but yeesh.
you guys are at each others throat like it is the end of the world. Yoshindor no where in your post did you claim that you called for an escape until after it was posted that you should.
and as for wasting your mp, wtf? you could heal afterwards. its not like you lose anything for using mp. maybe it was a bad party, maybe you judged them too quickly, but ppl stop playing games and get fed up with others that creates a rift in what is supposed to be a fun game because people think that they are so much better than other people.
you made a mistake and you are doing absolutely everything you can to deny it. get over yourself, admit that you shouldn't have done it and maybe apologize? its not that hard really.
And as for complaining about puller, and blaming it on him, two rights don't make a wrong. you shouldn't pick on each other to build yourself up. that immature on both your parts.
