Just a small head ups. I was just in a pt with this rdm in Garliage. First he uses dia on a siege bat we really didn't need while fighting a borer beetle. I wouldn't have a problem with this except he never even admitted to it and denied it.
Note: We handled the link fine.
Anyway, the second big gripe was later on when we had a beetle pop.

Anyway, we face both the beetles down because we don't want to zone an aggro mob. Earlier we also took a beetle link off our thief while he zoned his bat. Thus, we don't cause anyone else trouble like if he had zoned both.

The result is that the Warrior, the Monk, and my Dragoon gets killed. We actually would have made it.
*Well, at least I would have, I don't know about the other two, but maybe.*
Except the Red Mage had just stood around since the link.
So after sitting around and watching us all die when we get a link what does the guy do?
"I have to go to work." *Warps*
In the long run it was good xp, and not bad considering the location. However, this asshat really burned me. If being able to log in Jueno is more importent then the life of those who voke the mob off of your ass, then you're a real prick.
Also, never mentioned he even had to go until he warped. Although I'm tempted to think he was full of it anyway.
So if you're looking for someone to bail on your group at any given time without warning, and a mage that will stand back and watch you die protecting him... then by all means invite this jackass to your group.
If anyone knows him as a 'swell' player, that's fine. However, on this paticular day he was a real asshat. It obviosuly won't change his friends opinions of him, but hopefully this serves as warning for people who might get him in their pt.
