Found this on warcry board thanks to Manza from ffo.warcry.com
I think we should make one of these lists every 2 weeks.
"You know you've been a whm too long when..."
There's a whole message thread on the Allakazam whm board, but I wanted to share some the ones I'm clearly guilty of. Anyone else do these? Anyone?
YOU KNOW YOU'VE BEEN A WHM TOO LONG WHEN:
-When /anon you get raise requests and go to raise before realizing you're on your <50 BLM sub.
- [mine] You see a shout asking for Teleport-Mea, 1K! and answer...as a 14 drg/7 thf
-Lvling BLM, you care more when you get spells back on your WHM than new spells on BLM.
-When another WHM is in the group, you compare your cure potency to theirs...
-And laugh when your Cure II heals for 91 while theirs does 90.
- You freak out on a melee job when your HP falls in the yellow. (Sorry pld's, I'm working on it!)
-You hate any DRK/THF above level 30.
-The words "Using Souleater" cause you to have nightmares.
-You try to spam Cure IV while leveling WAR. (Cure 2 for me, I even send the macro /blush)
-You cringe at the mere use of the letters "P" and "L" near each other.
-When someone tells you to go farm you head to Lower Jeuno. (Low risk Giddeus farming- 2k/hr. Tele-taxi-4800/min potential. Hmmm.)
-You wish /sea WHM 25-75 stopped working.
-You zoom around all the different telepoints out of sheer boredom.
-You lose faith in mankind after waiting for a party more than 1 hour.
-Have seriously thought about not curing that "annoying" party member.
-Convert scares you to death.
-You pass by a level 10 who is about to die and use a Cure 5 for 60 HP just to show off, then cast Protect IV knowing it will wear off by the time your Shell IV lands (by god I oooh and ahh'd over someone, some other newbies going to do it over me!)
-At level 25 you go to (insert newbie zone here) to raise people. At level 26 your official raise policy is "If I trip over your corpse, I'll raise it"
- When you magic burst your /blm spells for 7 damage and feel proud that you bursted.
- When someone /tells you offering gil for a teleport despite the fact that you are an 8drg/4sam.
-You have ever said anything along the lines of "Well, you aren't dead are you? Then quit telling me how to play!"
-When the party pulls undead, you get *excited* because it means you have offensive spells that can really hurt something for a change!
