When you have dreams of ffxi, and your dreams include macros.

When you sigh everytime someone says RL > FFXI, because it is, but priorities sometimes get out of whack.

When you can get shit drunk and wake up the next morning with 3 new merits you solo'd/duo'd the night before while shit drunk. And miraculously you haven't lost any actual exp in the process. And you hardly remember spending all that much time earning those merits.

Well, I am a female who plays video games. Currenly the guy I am seeing plays also. I enjoy disturbing him during events like say Dynamis and umm you know what comes next lol. But he didn't get me started in video games. I was already addicted when he found me lol. Guess he is lucky I like video games and sexual acts.
 
You Know you play to much FFXI when your at the gym working out with a friend and after maxing out on benching You say I need more STR, no not strength but STR like stir kind >.> lol and your friend looks at you like wtf lol

My gf actually did something similar when I was teaching my gf stuff. Actually, I was just having her watch me pt and stuff...needless to say...my performance suffered. In game, not IRL. rofl

Also you know you play to much ffxi and your actually fishing in RL and when you get a bite all you do is tug the pole left or right and forget to actually reel in the fish...

I once had a dream that (when I passed out after teleporting someone to Dem) there was a new NM and it was a hound and it went to chase me and it killed me on my 75WHM in one shot and I was upset because I didn't have Reraise up.

One time I was on a heavy dose of pain killers, and my brother was driving me home, and it had been snowing pretty rough. It took us an hour and a half to get home, it should have taken twenty, at tops. Anyway, I tried to warp home. I even did the silly animation.

My friend told me once that his 6 year old nephew used to watch him play FFXI a as his RDM/NIN. One time, my friend walks in on his nephew to see him pretending to fight the dog with two fake knives, and then when he sucessfully defeated the mob, put each knife in a pocket, and then sat down to rest for a bit, and continue on his venture.

I was incredibly tired one time at school (1 hour sleep...dont ask why) and thought "hey, i'll just warp me and my friend home" so when we got out to our cars I stood there doing the blm casting animation and went "shoooeeewwwwww..." (the warp SE) and he's like "WTF are you doing?" "I'm warping you home..."

How about this one: You know you play too much when you understand the HQ/skill-up formula but you can't do slope-intercept form for algebra.
