jaja bookitty ewok and 2 others asked me to do zilart missions then i was a 68-69 pld at the time, only on zm 3 jaja took us through 4-8 and finally 8 comes along we wiped 1st few times with kamelnut and his weapon skill taking me out but one nite we went in again and i think ksdpunx came along
the fight was almost flawless i was like wow!!! cool fight until zm 14 cooler fight
also when i beat maat as a paladin went 3/4 i actually threw my controller
but was i happy after all those hours farming tests it was worthit
god i love this game lol cant wait til i get to sea now
 
Owning a chocobo wand, then letting someone else play my char and them accidentally dropping it somehow even though it prompts you twice before doing so.
 
1. Getting Kirin's Osode thanks to Kirin #2 in Pers.

2. Killing Tiamat with Pers for our first time.

3. Killing Vrtra with Pers for our first time.

Of all the time I kill HNM or boss' with anyone I love every second of it. Each time I fight Vrtra, Tiamat, Cerberus, etc or even lower stuff, it's just so fun. I hate just sitting around doing nothing. I love the epicness of FFXI^^;

Getting lv41 on Red Mage

Heading to Inner Horutuo ruins on my rdm. I have the insane idea of linking every cardian there(jobs blm whm rdm pld lvs 22-25 each) in all of the rooms, I dont remember why I was originally there possibly camping bomb ring, which I believe I was in the wrong area. I had never fought a Cardian before until then.

Anyways I think that the cardians are weak as hell so I link them all which is about 20-30 of them as a 41 red mage. I soon realize that "Oh shit I bit off more than I can chew!"

I'm spamming diaga, using every spell that I have and slowly kill every one of them, I was lagging so much that some cardians were in the ceiling and still hitting me. It was a 10 min fight battle I think I used every skill I had except Chain Spell.

After that moment, my ego as an Red Mage hasn't been deflated since^^.

Believe me if you want to or dont, cant say I can't blame you if you dont since I didnt believe that I could do it until I killed all except one and it...was a rdm cardian.

Of course I havent tried such a stupid stunt since but I always have that lingering dare....

Soloing my first VT Om'Phuabl and realizing "holy shit, blm really can solo good exp". The started my solo career and I have since then probably solod close to a million limit points and a dozen or two blu levels.

I actually put "learning to effectively solo" as the number one thing that taught me to play ffxi. And the biggest lessons I learned from it are "Don't panic" and "Don't do this drunk".

Then again, I've woken up the next day with a hangover, little memory, and 3 shiney new merits before on blm.
 
Llast weekend and the fact that my lv 33 brd is getting 12k exp per hour atm ranks pretty high up there.
