8% is a pretty standard average. There's no e-peen about it lol.
No there is complete e-peen by being above average on something that holds multi-million gil value.

YOYD - short and simple
Split - leads to trust issues and anxiety
I don't do your orb your drop. If you don't like it, don't do it.
Well duh. If they don't bring an orb, they shouldn't be entitled to ANYTHING. Even if they did help fight. There are plenty of others that could have had that spot who would have brought an orb.Your orb your drop is a good idea because otherwise people try hard to convince others to get a piece of the cut when they don't bring an orb, or they "just forgot." They are basically saving their seals and getting the rewards if not for your orb your drop.
That's called making a crappy run and really shouldn't be considered in comparing them. For a fair comparison, everyone brings an orb, and all fights are won. Pickup groups are where you'd likely have one of those not met, unless you're just helping someone get a specific drop from the fight; which also wouldn't matter.Your orb your drop is a good idea because otherwise people try hard to convince others to get a piece of the cut when they don't bring an orb, or they "just forgot." The only way I would consider doing a split is if people all had orbs and it was some kind of orb fight static or maybe even something within the LS.
Then do you only run with linkshell people or friends that you are close with?
This is the exception.Bajaratt said:I've given people a cut of the drops when they didn't bring an orb to a group, but they were helping me or someone else get a specific drop from that BCNM/KSNM, usually one of the KS30 weapons.
Of course.

You went 1/1 on Vivian Ring but whine about bad BCNM luck? This thread is ultimate failure. -_-
I honestly hate the your orb, your drop system; that's why I don't go on runs that do it. I feel bad for the people that get utterly shit drops while I would walk away with 2 mil; or I'd get nothing while everyone else gets millions. It really shouldn't be such a gamble when you're all putting in an equal amount of effort. That being said, I've been on runs where everyone got shit so we converted to a your orb your drop system because it would have been more hassle than it was worth to send out small amounts of cash.
