When I set up runs we only split the stuff worth splitting, we don't bother cutting anything less than 500k or so, depending on how inflation is at the time. YOYD is the only way to go with a pick up group, if you're with 5 strangers you're better off taking what you get.Well, I always liked your orb your drops, mainly because I don't feel like handing out 130k/6. It is retarded. Cut all the bullshit, and man up, all or nothing.
I honestly hate the your orb, your drop system; that's why I don't go on runs that do it. I feel bad for the people that get utterly shit drops while I would walk away with 2 mil; or I'd get nothing while everyone else gets millions.
own orb own drops= how khi makes bigger profits from guarranteed drop bcnms
Not really. Some have a chance at more items dropping like the BCNM 20s for Mann Pieces. One can be a 100% drop and the others can drop with a small % rate. So it's still a gamble.
I've screwed you over many times![]()
It's really not that hard to explain battle tactics, and to choose your group wisely. If you pick up a first timer, you make ABSOLUTELY SURE that person knows his/her part. Or they don't come.I never got how people could join pick up groups for BC/KS. And not just for drops and fairness but also just to win the damn thing. You never know who can fuck up in some unimaginable way that will be Good Times worthy.
Sell and split with LS/Friends, only way to go. Or solo XD
you right you do over think it:wink:I was always one for over thinking things, as some/most of you gathered from my usual number laden posts.
When I do BC's there's sometimes issues because I am with a good friend that doesn't have an orb that I need THIER help with. thus I feel that they should be properly compensated.
If 3-6 people are doing thier job properly, and all putting in the same effort, then all parties should be entitled to the same earnings.
That's my opinion, and now my general solution:
(Yay numbers..)
Let's take "Under Observation" as the example:
Assume the following:
1) 50% of the work of getting to the BC, is getting the seals in the first place.
2) Assume everyone in the group is a crucial member, and taking part in the BC.
Now Break the Orbs in the following manner:
Each Battle = 2 points: 1 point for participation, and 1 point for bringing an orb.
So, if all people bring an orb:
Run 1: 3 people, 3 Orbs, 3 battles:
Person 1: 6
Person 2: 6
Person 3: 6
Total Shares: 18
Loot: 6,000,000 G
For Run 1, there are 18 possible shares (333,333 & 1/3 G/share).
If 6,000,000 G worth of items drop, each member gets 2 mil.
Run 2: 3 people, 2 orbs, 2 battles:
Person 1: 4
Person 2: 4
Person 3: 2
Redistribution: 2
Loot: 6,000,000 G
For the Run 2, there were 12 possible shares (500k G/share), the shares that consitute the "Brought an orb" portion of the shares are redistributed.
If 6,000,000 G worth of items drop this time, 2 members get 2.5 mil, and the Helper gets a mil.
On larger 6 man runs, if 1 person's helping and the others are orbing:
Run 3: 6 people, 5 orbs, 5 battles:
Person 1: 10
Person 2: 10
Person 3: 10
Person 4: 10
Person 5: 10
Person 6: 5
Redistribution: 5
Loot: 12,000,000 G
Run 3 is 60 possible shares (200k G/share).
After the redistribution, 5 players get 2 mil, and the helper gets 1 mil.
If 4 people brought orbs, then you'd have 48 possible shares, Orb holders get 8 shares each, helpers get 4 shares each, and 4 shares go back to the orb holders, etc...
Yes, it takes a little work...
Yes, it takes time to sell shit...
In the end people all get a fair payout, and there's no room for arguement.
The OP loses. You have the choice not to participate under such conditions. You chose to roll the dice. You lost. Your fault. Don't complain.
