GM don't do anything with bot, they send reports to the stf. If you want to do ban him, send a report to the stf with the time at which it occured, the exact location/zone and what you saw in chatlog so they can easily find him. It works with mine bots.

only use it on colibris and mobs in salvage. For stonger things DE is better. Evis is good if you know you'll have high crit rates. also evisc closes darkness with sams.
