PUP and BST failed twice, first time was against treant bulbs which we could of done pretty easily. We just had horrible luck with links, then a very badly timed mischarm, then the bst died and I died while trying to solo two of the saplings. I'd imagine the level of an area guess would be correct. If it's expanded into the 60+ zones we may get to see gear worthwhile at 75. That will probably take a while though..though who knows, perhaps with the patch that adds the maze mongers.

Obtaining xp isn't required for these to drop, correct? Simply killing monsters in these areas create a chance for a casket to drop?

This is what I thought too. The images showed places that do not seem like they are near outposts, like the dunes picture. It also said "at end of combat" which could mean at the end of FoV but somehow I don't think so. I really hope it is just a chance to appear at the end of any combat.

I have a static as well, we usually pick up two more, sometimes three if one of us is working/busy. I will try to have it capped, it is being a pain though lol.
