Call tech support and they will give you your old content ID and new reg. codes. You can then sign up for the return to vana'diel thing back and get your old char and items back. Btw - I think i remember you from a long time ago....

what about those of us that don't have dvd drives? I luckily had my old disks when I reinstalled, so i just installed all of my old disks and bought a new game for the registration codes.

Did you try the Return to Vana'diel thing? i got my char back after being gone for about 15 months.
