Now Demon Cloak is the HQ of black cloak. The add refresh effect on the demons, is it higher than that of the NQ or am all I going to get is 2 more ele magic and 1 more Int? Thanks in advance :)

What the hell happened to the prices of Vermillion cloaks?! Used to be 1.2 Mil and now they are 3.5 Mil....Like what the hell? I hate that hippy-garment peice of shit, I don't even like it but I know I'm expected to have it. t(-_-t) you Verm Cloak

Today someone in my pt mentioned that the refresh from a vermillion cloak doesn't stack with rdm's refresh. I always thought that it did, and was just wondering if anyone knew if it really doesn't stack. (like if you own a vermillion cloak find a rdm and test it out or something like that)
