Ok, next month, I'm gonna change my ISP as my dick-shit ISP Utility Warehouse keeps disconnecting me from the internet for no reason, this has been happening for 2 damn years! Anyways, This is also a poll, as I seriously need help as I have no clue what to look for in an ISP other than an ISP...
