Hey i can't log on to the website on my home pc... i was wondering if my right to freedom of speech have been taken away and banned? If i'm banned its cool lol got bored anyway.

As an aside, freedom of speech doesn't exist on a privately owned website. Silly kids these days.

Freedom of speech is for speech targetting the government, which is not a subject for the most part in these forums. However, I doubt you were banned. There are a couple people much higher on the list than you I would imagine (elitemage and shizia come to mind), plus you haven't really done anything disruptive to get banned like Roofie and Colbwa.

More likely it is something your isp did.

It's amazing i'm actually taking WSM's side on something, but...
Even if you don't care about being banned, it still leaves you curious to know if you actually were banned or not. As to why he made a new account, beats the hell out of me.

phpBB has a screen that says “You have been Banned”, as well if he was banned, Pup would have done an IP ban plus a Username ban. Both of them will display the same thing.
