Internet Question... UK ISP Help please.

Ok, next month, I'm gonna change my ISP as my dick-shit ISP Utility Warehouse keeps disconnecting me from the internet for no reason, this has been happening for 2 damn years!

Anyways, This is also a poll, as I seriously need help as I have no clue what to look for in an ISP other than an ISP that doesn't disconnect you randomly while your in the middle of a party trying to level up! Ok, 2 choices have come in mind at the moment::

BT (British Telecom):

Virgin Media (Formally NTL):

Please help me out! I really wanna get a camera, a crowbar, take my DSL outside into a heavy rain, and make a video of me smashing the living shit out of my DSL as soon as I change ISP!!!

Also, if anyone can suggest a decent 3rd party (NOT Tiscali!), please suggest them along with a URL so I can weigh the advantages and disadvantages of the providers. By the way, this poll will close in 14 days as of now.

Now that's been said BT are ok but i've always found them to a bit on the expensive side.

Demon are who i'm with and i've never had any problems in about 3-4 years.

For the past few years ive been on AOL (Lawlz AOLz) ive never really had any problems with them, and i come on some days to find my connection boosted up to the next speed, think im on 2 meg now from 512k i signed up for.
