At lv.70 would 2x Fudo be the best choice or should I off hand a Imanotsurugi?

This is what I wear atm at lvl 61. Main Hand: Sai+1 Sub: Buboso. My question is should I change these weapons with Kabutowari +1's or wait till Kororito +1's. and Im not buying Sairen. Or should I just wait till Imanotsurugi & Fudo? Suggestions plz.
